Appreciated our luxury apartment. Kitchen had a microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges. The setting was incredible, very close to Australia, restaurants and Close to transport bus. It also was very near to many shopping areas;))

Founda Gardens Apartments is a fantastic choice for visitors, featuring incredibly friendly staff and outstanding service. the rooms offer great value for money, equipped with a microwave oven, climate control, and a personal safe. the spacious bed ensures a comfortable stay, and the private bathroom is excellent.

Everything is nice, we truly enjoyed this hotel. The apartment is brand-new and large. The rate is $ 686, satisfied. Nothing too much trouble with the property...

I had a fantastic week at Founda Gardens Apartments! the peaceful location is a huge plus, as it's just a short bus ride to the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, Queen Street Mall, and Wesley Hospital, making it super convenient. My room was spacious and offered great value, plus it had smoke detectors for an extra layer of safety. And the stunning views of the river were absolutely breathtaking!

The staff here were fantastic throughout our stay. We had a spacious apartment that came with a big flat-screen TV and four beds. 🛏️.

founda gardens was very close to the hospital, with excellent access to public transport or walking distance to the city. the apartment was comfortable for 2 couples, with a spacious kitchen, family, and dining area. the new manager was wonderfully helpful, and the balcony offered excellent views. we enjoyed watching the bush turkeys from there.

Spacious rooms with good privacy, excellent location for dining and transportation, responsive manager, well-equipped kitchen, clean and tidy, fantastic balcony.

For us it was ideal.

the University across the hotel gave it a young and vibrant ambiance. It was fun walking down to the various nearby restaurants and pubs for a night out. the apartment was equipped with all necessary amenities, including Wi-Fi, and had a good sized pool that was refreshing on hot days.

Check-in was not seamless and was confusing.

We had an excellent stay with convenient access to public transport, shopping areas, and the University. The hotel provided clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms with great views of the river. Patrick, the manager, was compassionate and caring towards our needs during our stay. We appreciated that we had well-stocked kitchen facilities and ample supplies of washing up detergent, toilet paper, and towels. Also, the hotel’s location is close to Wesley hospital, which made it a perfect place to stay during our visit.

Nothing to dislike.

The apartment had a great view of the city and was located close to key attractions and shopping. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a pool which was a nice bonus during our city trip. The apartment was equipped with all the amenities we needed for our stay.

The furniture was a bit outdated and could have been more comfortable. Additionally, the bathrooms could use an upgrade and the lack of bathroom exhaust fans made it difficult to avoid false alarms. while our stay had some downsides, we still enjoyed our city trip.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the spacious rooms and well-stocked kitchenette. the location was ideal, close to shops and services without being hectic.

We were within easy walking distance to the nearby South Bank, which was perfect for our larger family. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. The spacious kitchen and living area provided plenty of room for us to spread out and relax.
